One Day

She sat in the cab,

butterflies in her stomach,

her gut churning with

anticipation and anxiety.

The winds sang

hymns of change through

the window of her chariot,

hymns of optimism.

As she reached her destination,

her fears melted away, as if

This was a homecoming, not

a new level of Life.

She sat in the chair, smiling faces

with greetings; in her eyes

angels, holding the keys

to her Fate.

She was ready and excited,

for this new paradigm,

her inner child giggling

with creation everywhere in

Sight.

Have you ever put all in

on One day?

She did and boy,

Was it worth the wait.
