Teacher

A thousand arms pushed her down,

down into the darkness of Despair,

and there, she met the

Teacher.

He picked her, as they drove

away, the Wind in her hair and

her arms around his waist.

He showed her the true face of

Darkness, of Despair,

The real world, that she

desperately wanted to leave.

He made her stay, and then

continued to teach her,

with reminders that no one

was what they seemed to be.

She heard him loud and clear,

so she begged for Death,

time and time again, believing

she couldn’t survive here.

But when Death came,

to take her away,

Light drove away the Darkness

and when she, at last, opened her Eyes,

She found her Power, all lessons

now made sense and she knew

it was time to

bid adieu to the

Teacher.
